Emotional Olympics

Emotional Olympics

An experimental project I created while at Otis College of Art and Design.

I have always had a great fascination and appreciation for two things: human emotion and the olympics. I created a fictitious event called the Emotional Olympics, where people don’t compete with physical strength–they compete with emotional strength.

Specific competition events include “Free Annihilating” in which athletes see how much sh*t they can break in 15 minutes, “Palm Sweat-20” where athletes are measured by the volume of sweat their palms can produce, and “Free Style Clapping” in which an athlete wins by clapping for the longest consecutive amount of time, just to name a few.
